ILT Train the trainer is a concept developed to enhance internal competence within our service. We train, support and quality assure your competence so that you can use your subscriptions with us in the best way possible.

The ILT Train the Trainer is based on us training a person at your company, nursery or school, who then educates the staff internally.

The training is developed with the help of three building blocks which are detailed below.
