I downloaded the app to my iPad, but I don't see a keyboard on the login screen so I can enter my credentials. What now?

Unfortunately we haven't found a final solution to this problem yet. For now, you can get by by connecting an external keyboard to the device and using it to log in. You should then be able to navigate normally again directly via the iPad.
