I haven't received the email that allows me to set my password. What now?
Unfortunately, this can happen because many mail systems do not let automated emails through or mark them as spam.
Please check the spam folder to see if the e-mail is hidden there. If not, open the login page in the app or browser, enter your username and click "Forgot your password?". The system will then send a new email with a link to create a new password.
